     Collins Career Center held a Wal-Mart gift card drawing based on student attendance for the first nine weeks on Monday, October 27, 2008.  Students with perfect attendance for the first nine weeks were eligible to win a $100 gift card.  Students with only one absence were eligible for a $50 gift card and students with only two absences were eligible for a $25 gift card.  Cassie Stephens, from Food Science Technology, won the $100 card.  Megan Rigney, from Agriscience, won the $50 Wal-Mart gift card.   Kristen Miller, from Health Academy, won a $25 gift card and Josh Tackett, from Welding, also won a $25 Wal-Mart gift card.  The drawings will be held at the completion of each nine weeks as an incentive for student attendance.
