Office to find out if he or she is entitled to a refund. If
the student is entitled to a refund, the Financial Aid Office
will process the paperwork and send the request to the
Treasurer’s office. The refund check will be given to the
Financial Aid Office in approximately 14 working days. The
check will either be mailed to the student or the student may
pick up the check.

Aid office.
