Electricity

 

1-2 Years   September-June 900-1800 Hours
Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-10:00pm

                          

 

The Electricity program prepares employees for entry level jobs in residential and light commercial areas.  Training is conducted in the classroom, laboratory, and in the field.  Courses offered in this program include, but may not be limited to:

  • Safety

  • Wiring and Connections

  • Electrical Outlets

  • Switch Boxes

  • Breaker Devices

  • AC/DC Operations

  • Component Identification Testing

  • Electrical Math

  • National Electrical Code

  • Wiring Diagram/Interpretation

  • Motors
